What you’ll handle
- Pour & mix: Draft beer and basic mixed drinks with speed and consistency.
- Card & monitor: Verify IDs, pace service.
- Reset fast: Wipe, sanitize, and restock the bar top the moment guests cash out.
- Run plates: Grab hot food from the kitchen window when orders stack up.
- Pitch in elsewhere: Help servers or run food when the team’s slammed.
- Follow the rules: Stick to Hawai‘i liquor and DOH regulations.
What you bring
- 6 mo. behind-bar experience in any busy spot.
- Solid POS chops—or the tech confidence to learn it fast.
- A calm, friendly vibe even when the bar is three deep.
- Ability to lift 40 lb and stay on your feet the whole shift.
- Team-first attitude—if a line forms anywhere, you jump in.
