Job Overview
Leet Eye Care is seeking a friendly, motivated Optometry Team Member to provide exceptional patient care and support for our growing practice. No prior eye care experience is required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
- Perform patient intake and preliminary testing
- Assist providers with patient flow and clinical support
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on eyewear, contact lenses, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
