We are actively hiring Precast Concrete Carpenters and Precast Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. Positions are available immediately.

Carpenter Responsibilities
- Build, set, and strip concrete formwork for precast panels and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and steel forms with precision
- Ensure forms are properly aligned, braced, and secured before pours
- Work safely in a fast-paced production environment
Laborer Responsibilities
- Assist with setting and stripping forms
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete as directed
- Clean and prepare molds, forms, and work areas
- Move materials and equipment throughout the facility or job site
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in precast concrete, concrete forming, or general construction preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic understanding of concrete processes is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
