Fleet Operations Manager
Location: Fort Myers, FL | Status: Onsite | Reports To: Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations
Are you a logistics leader ready to make a lasting impact in healthcare supply chain operations? LeeSar/CSF is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee and support our fleet and courier services — ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of essential medical supplies and materials across our healthcare network.
In this role, you’ll provide strategic oversight and hands-on support for our fleet and courier operations, while also collaborating with departments such as Culinary, Pharmacy, Nuclear Pharmacy, and EMS. Your leadership will help drive operational excellence, safety, and efficiency — keeping critical supplies moving where they’re needed most.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support fleet and courier teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance programs, route optimization, and safety standards.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Distribution to align fleet operations with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to DOT, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork across all operations.
What You Bring
- 5 years of supervisory experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and service excellence.
- Experience with logistics systems, telematics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License (CDL preferred).
