Description: The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting with planning, managing and directing the high school girls Dive/Swim team program. Specific shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Assistant Coaching the girls Dive/Swim team.
- Assist with managing all aspects of the program including practicing, competing, providing off-season improvement opportunities to include strength and conditioning and full usage of contact days
- Marketing and promoting the Dive/Swim program.
- Assistant Coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to student athletes
- Scouting opponents.
- Assist with managing a fiscally sound budget
- Assist with monitoring class schedules, grades and student-athlete academic progress, and intervening where appropriate.
- Responsible for Dive/Swim student-athlete retention
- Articulation with the feeder middle school program
- Providing summer camp opportunities for elementary and/or middle school students
