Lee’s Developmental Services is looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team!


As a Behavior Technician, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis to children /clients ages 4-21 years old .You will work directly with the clients , and be supervised by the BCBA to increase their independence and develop new skills.


Responsibilities will include

  • Providing therapy to children using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods.

  • Creating activities to implement behavior intervention techniques.

  • Collect data on child growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.

  • Data collection and submission during sessions with clients as outlined in Clients behavioral support Plan

  • Attend supervision and /or trainings with Clinical Director and /or Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Completing services required by the client’s behavior support plan BSP or Functional Behavior assessment.


Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Reliable form of transportation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or an Associate’s degree in a related field

  • RBT certification

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience working with children/ adults 4-21 diagnosed with autism.

Salary : $20 - $32
