What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Lees Developmental Services LLC?
Lee’s Developmental Services is looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team!
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis to children /clients ages 4-21 years old .You will work directly with the clients , and be supervised by the BCBA to increase their independence and develop new skills.
Responsibilities will include

Providing therapy to children using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods.
Creating activities to implement behavior intervention techniques.
Collect data on child growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.
Data collection and submission during sessions with clients as outlined in Clients behavioral support Plan
Attend supervision and /or trainings with Clinical Director and /or Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Completing services required by the client’s behavior support plan BSP or Functional Behavior assessment.
Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License
Reliable form of transportation
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or an Associate’s degree in a related field
RBT certification
Must have 1-2 years of experience working with children/ adults 4-21 diagnosed with autism.
