Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will manage client inquiries, provide exceptional service, assist with sales, and help ensure customer needs are met with the utmost professionalism. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to a positive customer experience. You will also support our Marketing needs - Posting - Content and lead management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Proven ability to handle Customer Satisfaction and maintain professional communication
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office/store setting with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in Sales and CRM use is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
- Spanish speaker is also a plus
