Plant Manager

Location : New Lisbon, WI
Compensation : Based on Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support strategic planning and vision for the company
Lead and grow a strong production team focused on teamwork and collaboration
Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring all Company policies and procedures are followed
Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
Responsible for assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Develop and implement an efficient and effective manufacturing process that meets quality and on time delivery requirements.
Develop, recommend, and implement departmental policies, procedures, and methods.
Promote and implement Lean manufacturing principles.
Ensure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company’s standards for safety, quality, and production.
Continually evaluate processes, recommend measure to improve production, equipment, performance, people, and quality.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Mentor and coach all employees to reach their full potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in manufacturing or a closely related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a manufacturing environment including 2 years work experience leading people
Experience with manufacturing ERP system and Microsoft Office required
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
