Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within assigned territory
- Build relationships with dealers and customers
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Conduct product demos and customer visits
- Partner with internal teams to deliver results
- Represent LEER in the field and at industry events
- Achieve/exceed revenue targets
- Grow territory and market presence
- Build strong customer relationships
- Base salary monthly commission
- Company vehicle provided
- Strong product/customer knowledge
- Self-motivated, independent, results-driven
- Willing to travel extensively
- Ready for increased responsibility
