Responsibilities:
· Responsible for assigned portfolio of clients
· Retain existing business, growing account volume and profitable projects
· A combination of client relationship management, estimating, and project oversight
· Develop and price work, coordinate field resources, and direct day-to-day progress of projects
· Accountable for revenue, gross margin, and client satisfaction across the portfolio
· Prepare collected data for Arc Flash and Coordination studies
· Prepare EPM books from collected Data
· Initial walk-through with EPM Salesman
· Direct weekly meetings with the EPM Salesman with agendas and minutes
· Serve as client's primary point of contact for all matters related to active projects, proposals, billing and service quality
· Work with Excel, Word, Trimble, and EPM software
· Full NEC knowledge
Qualifications:
· Estimating experience with Trimble
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Journeyman license
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical construction industry with demonstrated responsibility for client relationships, estimating, and project management
· Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· OSHA 10 or 30
Desirable:
· Minimum of 3 years of Electrical Preventative Maintenance
· Familiar with Accubid
· Familiar with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements on federal projects

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
