As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Leena AI, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our Go-To-Market organization — spanning Sales, Partnerships, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), and Customer Success. Based out of our New York office, you will be a strategic talent partner to GTM leadership, helping us build the teams that bring Leena AI to the world's largest enterprises. You bring deep expertise in GTM hiring, a sharp eye for revenue-generating talent, and the ability to move fast without compromising on quality. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment, operates with urgency and ownership, and is present in the office five days a week to partner closely with hiring managers and leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesGTM Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Partnerships Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Customer Success Managers, etc.
- Build and maintain deep pipelines of GTM talent across all levels — from individual contributors to senior leadership.
- Partner closely with GTM leaders, Sales VPs, and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team structure, and the profile of candidates who will thrive at Leena AI.
- Drive sourcing strategy across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, events, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers — bringing market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and talent insights to every search.
- Lead kick-off meetings and set clear expectations with stakeholders on pipeline health and progress.
- Manage requisitions across multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance — representing Leena AI's mission and culture at every touchpoint.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics — time to fill, pipeline conversion rates, source of hire, offer acceptance rates, and diversity of candidate slates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
- 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a specialized focus on GTM hiring (Sales, Partnerships, FDEs, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering) within Product based SaaS or AI/tech companies.
- Deep understanding of GTM org structures, revenue roles, and what makes high-performing GTM talent — you can assess a great AE or CSM on sight.
- Proven track record of hiring at volume and quality across multiple GTM functions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and building passive candidate pipelines.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders as a strategic hiring advisor.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — you communicate proactively, set expectations clearly, and push back when needed.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruiting analytics.
- Based in New York City and willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
