Job Summary:
Senior role providing strategic business partnering with commercial teams across topics, customers, and channels. Deliver in-depth commercial and financial reporting/analysis to influence business trajectory. Support marketing teams financially, contribute to regional/global reporting, develop processes/models for planning, provide FX/perimeter-adjusted info to executives, participate in S&OP cycle, advance revenue growth, and assist leadership with various tasks, including line management of Commercial Finance Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partner with commercial teams on annual customer negotiations, building P&Ls for volume/financial impact of price increases, funding changes, and new listings; handle updates and "what if" analyses.
- Support commercial on promotional analysis, key reports (rolling forecasts, R&Os), and ad-hoc requests.
- Participate in S&OP process, challenging assumptions in pre-DRMs and understanding rationale for material volume moves.
- Contribute to rolling forecasts, R&Os, variance monitoring/analysis, ensuring timely/accurate delivery.
- Deliver monthly BU reports with brand/customer performance commentary and outlooks; join ad-hoc "Hot Topic" discussions.
- Develop processes, models, and reports (e.g., rolling forecasts, customer ID cards, pricing files) for robust financial planning.
- Support revenue growth agenda (RRSP guidelines, promotional strategy, price/mix analysis, NPD P&Ls).
- Assist Head of Commercial Finance with tasks like variance analysis, leading deep-dive investigations into trends for reporting/forecasting.
- Collaborate with TR Americas/Europe commercial finance teams on tasks, projects, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Finance degree preferred).
- Part-qualified or fully qualified in postgraduate finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- 5 years in FP&A or commercial finance roles.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, advanced in MS Excel.
- Well-developed logical, analytical problem-solving skills.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
