My client, with offices in Hallandale, is looking for a detail-oriented Portfolio Specialist to support the Portfolio Management team at a privately held investment firm. This role focuses on non-trading operational and administrative support for Ultra High Net Worth clients and serves as a key point of contact for service-related needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and motivated by long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary link between clients and external banking institutions to resolve service and operational matters.
- Manage the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of client accounts across multiple custodians, including reviewing subscription agreements and compiling due diligence documentation.
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and transactions promptly and accurately while delivering a high standard of service.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams—including Portfolio Management, Operations, Accounting, Office Management, and Executive Assistants—to support efficient, end-to-end processes.
- Maintain full compliance with firm policies, regulatory guidelines, and required documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) strongly preferred.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
