A leading financial services firm in Brickell is looking for a Portfolio Support Associate to assist its Portfolio Managers and deliver top-tier service to Ultra High Net Worth clients. This role is central to keeping all non-trading operations running smoothly while serving as a trusted point of contact for client needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with banks and other institutions to resolve operational matters and support client requests
  • Handle new account openings, review subscription documents, and assist with due diligence
  • Manage client inquiries with accuracy, urgency, and exceptional service
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across operations, accounting, and portfolio management
  • Follow all compliance procedures with precision

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
