This role is central to keeping all non-trading operations running smoothly while serving as a trusted point of contact for client needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with banks and other institutions to resolve operational matters and support client requests
- Handle new account openings, review subscription documents, and assist with due diligence
- Manage client inquiries with accuracy, urgency, and exceptional service
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across operations, accounting, and portfolio management
- Follow all compliance procedures with precision
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information
