We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic plaintiff-focused legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, and preparing documentation for personal injury claims.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, including case intake, investigation, and documentation management
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence
Manage case files efficiently using document management systems
Review medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentation for case analysis
Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, timelines, and witness lists while maintaining meticulous records
Qualifications
Litigation Paralegal experience with a focus on personal injury plaintiff is required.
Bachelor's degree and bilingual in English and Spanish
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
