Corporate Counsel
A well-established organization in the foodservice and supply chain industry is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support commercial contracting, compliance, and legal operations across a complex, multi-entity business environment.
This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on contract negotiations, risk management, governance, and operational legal matters. The position offers strong exposure to high-impact business decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Areas of Focus
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Advising internal stakeholders on legal and business risk
- Supporting compliance initiatives and corporate governance matters
- Assisting with dispute resolution and contract administration
- Partnering with operations, finance, procurement, and leadership teams
Experience
- J.D. and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- 3–5 years of corporate/commercial legal experience
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Business-minded approach with strong communication skills
- Experience supporting supply chain, distribution, logistics, food & beverage, franchise, or related industries is a plus
