POSITION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Lead Technician is responsible for major mechanical repairs, machine maintenance, conversions, floor moves, etc. to ensure compliance with state inspectors, state compact and internal controls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining records relating to the removal, replacement, relocation, and repair of slot machines.
- Keeps an orderly inventory of parts and records of inventory in stock, purchased, and used.
- Repairs equipment used in Slot Department.
- Ensure slot machines are in good working order.
- Replaces parts and cleans machines as needed.
- Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
- Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
- Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
