POSITION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION: To supervise the Operations of table games in an assigned area on a shift.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Has the ability to perform all functions of supervised positions.
- Supervises table games in an assigned area of the department.
- Reviews table trays to ensure an adequate inventory of chips and tokens.
- Assists in maintaining the necessary records pertaining to activities in the department.
- Determines that required facilities and equipment are available and functioning properly.
- Provides proper security and accountability of Blackjack funds.
- Greets guests and see that they are properly hosted. Handles guest complaints.
- Makes Shift Supervisor aware of all Title 31 transactions.
- Rates players on a daily basis.
- Rates and evaluates dealers on a daily basis, also complete annual evaluations.
- Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
- Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
- Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
- Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
