Lead Case Manager Division: Human Services Reports to: Child Welfare Program Manager Worksite: Child Welfare Department Work Hours: M-F, 8:00am to 4:30pm, or as needed LLBO Status: Exempt Safety Sensitive: Yes License/Certification Requirements: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred. Valid MN Driver's License, current insurance or be insurable. Summary: Develop and implement a plan to provide intervention services, design case plans to protect and safeguard children and their families during personal crisis. Education Requirements and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or other Human Services related field. Two years experience in the area of Human Services field. One year experience in administrative management or program development. Experience working with Native American Indian children and families. Experience working with Tribal and/or District court systems. Experience in Microsoft applications.
