Mold Maintenance Technician

Job Key Activities and Performance Indicators:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on molds, dies, and tooling.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and replace mold components to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot moldrelated issues to minimize production downtime and improve product quality.
• Disassemble, reassemble, and test molds during repairs, modifications, and changeovers.
• Maintain maintenance records and work with production and engineering teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.

This position will report to the Commodities Operations Manager and works closely with the production team members and the quality team to ensure that parts produced meet our rigorous customer quality requirements. Interacts with all other Departments.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED.

Previous manufacturing experience required

Basic reading and mathematical

Skills and Competencies:

Dependable and can-do attitude required.

Ability to identify mold defects

Surface grinding experience

Candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Reliable transportation to be at work at scheduled time
