What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surface Grinder position at Leech Holdings LLC?
Job Key Activities and Performance Indicators:
- The responsibilities of this position will include surface grinding of customer parts and support tooling for our production departments to the required specifications.
- Ability to use good set up techniques to produce complex parts accurately is needed.
- Must be able to confidently read blueprints and inspect parts to those requirements.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail is key with good hand eye coordination
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other production teams, as appropriate, for support in meeting customer delivery commitments.
- Responsible for working with team members to obtain a goal of 100% on time delivery performance with quality products and services for all our customers
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Previous Surface Grinding Experience (2-5 Years)
Basic reading and mathematical
Skills and Competencies:
Dependable and can-do attitude required.
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure a plus.
Candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Reliable transportation to be at work at scheduled time
