We have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Specialist with a leading manufacturer of wound & ostomy care products. The Customer Support Specialist will be heavily involved in providing support for company products and services through direct dialogue with customers.
Compensation:
- $20/hour (40 hours per week)
- $750 monthly, performance-based bonus (can be paid out up to 200%)
- Eligible for full suite of benefits on Day 1
- Company provided laptop, screen monitors, and accessories
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with inbound/outbound campaigns
- Proven track record of call center or tele-sales experience
- High level of compassion for end consumers
- Ability and willingness to be part of a team and facilitate an exceptional customer experience
- Maintenance of a quiet working environment
