The foundational purpose of all educational programs at Lee University is to develop within students’ knowledge, appreciation, understanding, ability, and skills, which will prepare them for responsible Christian living in a complex world.

The Resident Director (RD) is a full-time, 10½ month live-in position and is responsible for the comprehensive management of the Residential Life & Housing program in a residence hall(s) that could range from 100-240 residents.

Currently, we are looking for applicants for the 2026-2027 school year.
