Job Description:
The Tier 2 or 3 Technology Professional will help support the IT department and company IT needs across 26 locations in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.
Job Duties:
Infrastructure & Networking:
- Configure and maintain our Cisco Meraki stack, including MX Firewalls (SD-WAN, VPNs, and security rules), switches, and access points.
- Monitor and optimize network health and connectivity to support both on-site and remote operations.
Endpoint & Systems Management:
- Use Datto RMM to proactively monitor endpoint health, automate patch management, and perform remote troubleshooting.
- Support and manage the Apple ecosystem (iPads and iPhones) using MDM (Mobile Device Management) to enforce security policies and deploy apps.
Specialized Systems & Data:
- Administer and troubleshoot EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) workflows to ensure seamless data exchange with partners.
- Manage our VoIP telephony systems, ensuring high call quality and reliable communication.
Support & Documentation:
- Provide Tier 1–2 Helpdesk support, resolving hardware and software hurdles with a customer-centric mindset.
- Author clear, professional procedural documentation and technical SOPs to standardize IT operations.
Security & Strategy:
- Stay current with cybersecurity best practices and implement them across all company platforms.
- Lead vendor and project management initiatives, coordinating with external partners to deliver IT upgrades on time and under budget.
