Compensation:
- Base salary ranges for P&C Licensed candidates from $40,000 to $60,000 annually
- BASE IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW, BACKGROUND, AND LICENSES
- Overall possible yearly total compensation from for P&C licensed candidates - $75,000 to $95,000 , UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2 YEARS OF PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THIS SALES POSITION EARNING COMMISSION OR BONUSES
- 1 years of P&C insurance sales experience - Preferred
- Reliable, self owned, transportation - Required
- Within a 30 minute drive of Birmingham, AL 35215 - Preferred
- Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
- PC skills
- Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Ability to jump into any task and go the extra mile
- Able to self regulate and motivate - we don’t want to have to remind you every day why you’re working
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership of the entire customer experience from first contact to close of policies.
- Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships.
- Execute, plan and implement office processes.
- Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
- Process applications.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies.
