Boutique construction law firm seeks transactional associate with 2-5 years of experience. Position involves advising clients regarding risk management and contract negotiation, corporate documents, internal buy/sell agreements, mergers & acquisitions, and other transactional business advising. Candidate must be admitted to practice in VA, with admission in DC and MD a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
