Position involves advising clients regarding complex disputes, including pre-litigation risk management and all elements of litigation (pleadings, motions practice, written discovery, depositions, and litigation). Ideal candidate will have trial experience and/or construction experience, with passion for advocacy. Candidate must be admitted to practice in DC, with admission in MD and VA a plus.
