Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Overview
Lee's Summit Subaru is looking for a motivated, entry-level team member who wants to learn the auto detailing industry and grow into a full Detailer role. This position is the starting point for someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to build a career in detailing.
You’ll begin by supporting the shop with daily operations while learning the fundamentals of detailing. Over time, this role is designed to develop into a full Detailer position as opportunities become available.
What You’ll Do
- Handle shop support tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing towels
- Move vehicles safely to and from dealerships and within the shop
- Assist with light detailing tasks and basic cleaning
- Help install interior and exterior protection packages sold through finance and sales departments at time of delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Support the team to keep workflow moving and productivity high
