Essential Job Functions:
- Guide and manage a team to maintain excellence in quality, customer service, food and labor cost management, safety, security, cleanliness, and food preparation.
- Offer continuous leadership, coaching, training, and professional development to team members.
- Assist with staffing tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Oversee and optimize the store’s financial performance to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance the overall success of the restaurant.
- Promote open communication and cultivate strong, positive relationships with both staff and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and other electronic devices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
