Lee’s Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Journeyman / Service Technician to join our growing team.
We are a local, owner-operated HVAC company serving Pueblo, Pueblo West, and surrounding areas. We take pride in honest work, quality service, and treating customers the right way. We’re looking for someone dependable, experienced, professional, and confident working independently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
- Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, recommendations, and repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Represent Lee’s Heating & Cooling professionally at all times
Qualifications:
- HVAC experience required
- Journeyman experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
