Key Responsibilities
- Process and review payroll accurately for assigned market employees
- Assist employees and managers with questions about pay, benefits, and PTO
- Support onboarding processes including I-9 completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Handle routine HR and payroll matters independently after training
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Market Support Manager
