Responsibilities

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
- Interpret schematics and conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
- Execute vehicle alignments and other specialized services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including auto estimating for repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repairs and maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician in a dealership or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, including diesel engine repair.
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and teamwork.
