Responsibilities
- Financial and accounting duties (bank reconciliations, financial reports, cash management and expense control)
- Administrative management (supervise office staff, maintain organized records, handle supply inventory, office policies and procedures)
- Automotive specific tasks (process vehicle deals, ensure compliance with DMV/state regulations, coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments)
- Ensure accurate financial information, and other tasks associated with dealership accounting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive accounting experience preferred
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employees
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
