Luxury Brand Ambassador

Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, an AGS Accredited Jeweler, is growing and searching for a full-time Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Lakeside location in Metairie, Louisiana.

Our First Choice candidate will have a passion for selling, building lasting client relationships, and delivering extraordinary service. This highly motivated individual will embody a winning spirit, demonstrate a desire to build a long-term career in luxury retail, and serve as an in-store ambassador for one of our distinguished luxury brand partners.

In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities and sales expectations of a Client Advisor, this individual will work closely with store leadership and the Luxury Brand Experience Liaison at Lee Michaels Corporate Office to support the consistent execution of the brand experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Build lasting client relationships while achieving individual sales goals.
• Deliver an elevated and consistent luxury experience to every client.
• Serve as the store’s primary ambassador and resource for the luxury brand partner.
• Communicate and support brand initiatives, training, product launches, and client development programs.
• Help maintain the showroom environment, procedures, and client touchpoints according to established brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing meetings and communication with the Luxury Brand Experience Liaison and fellow in-store ambassadors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of sales experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality; jewelry or watch experience is a plus.
• Passion for sales, client development, and extraordinary service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
• Career-minded professional with leadership potential and a desire for long-term growth.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Select locations are closed on Sundays, except during holidays.
