Role Description
Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager for an on-site role located in Lubbock, TX. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and resources, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. The role involves conducting inspections, monitoring project progress, addressing any issues, and ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource coordination
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely delivery and progress
- Knowledge of Inspection practices and the ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Skills in Logistics Management for seamless coordination of materials, equipment, and personnel
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling software, and project documentation
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
