POSITION SUMMARY
To perform this job successfully the Warehouse Administrator will be involved in all warehouse related activities to assure order accuracy, as well as ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist Warehouse Supervisor oversee daily cycle count for the entire facility and make stock adjustments in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy daily
- Process Bill of Ladings, review for accuracy and resolve / report issues
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor to direct activity of the warehouse and ensure smooth operation and accurate, timely and damaged free shipment to customer
- Ensure that all orders are picked and loaded into the trucks correctly
- Perform data entry for incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory transfers, and adjustments, including return shipments and scrapping inventory
- Order warehouse supplies and equipment, monitor inventory levels regularly, and raise purchase requisitions (PRs) in accordance with company procurement procedures to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations
- Prepare daily Inventory and discrepancy reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean condition and follows safety regulations
- Ensure safety in warehouse and recommend corrective action
- May fill in to support driver check-in and driver check-out when vacancies occur
- Support checking out of Sales requests and Employee purchases of 10 cases or less, by obtaining order, showing where the order is located and validating order accuracy and obtaining a signature
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
- Coordinate with third-party drivers and maintain a strong customer service experience
- Use SAP to process transactions as needed to carry out duties
QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 1 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment with truck drivers
- Experience checking in drivers and managing arrival processes
- Familiarity with driver coordination, scheduling, or dispatch-related tasks
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or similar platforms
- An understanding and appreciation for quality processes
- Must be able to read, write and follow rules
- Have strong attention to detail
- Help maintain a positive work area
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and/or oral form
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with warehouse teams and truck drivers
- Proficient in basic computer systems and data entry
