Stock Keeper
POSITION SUMMARY
To perform this job successfully, the stock keeper in all phases of Warehouse activities by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Handle all paper work and data entries concerning Finish Goods and Semi finished Goods.
- Cycle count SFG and FG daily to keep a close stock control.
- Monitor daily inventory and report any inventory problems or issues to direct supervisor.
- Input daily transactions results from finished products, and Semi Finished Goods into computer system and prepare stock adjustment documentation when needed.
- Prepare all daily inventory reports for management.
- Control all pallets tag pertinent to FG and SFG.
- Control all pertinent rework approval from QA of FG and SFG to be reworked and communicate to production.
- Inspect all SFG for condition and report any issues to QA.
- Prepare any disposal documentation pertinent to product to be discarded.
- Keep SFG area clean and organized in the daily basis.
- Inure SFG material to be used is in good conditions for production to use and coordinate thru production manager the washing or cleaning or respective drums to be used.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
This position requires a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in food industry. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ideal candidate must be able to read and comprehend simple written and verbal instructions. Draft memos and correspondence with ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual in speaking and written English and Chinese Preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ideal candidate must compute rates, ratios, and percentages and draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and electrical diagrams for set-up control loops. Candidate must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
