POSITION SUMMARY
- Perform labeling, packing, checking, palletizing and other routine assignment based on appropriate work instructions or standard operation instruction.
- Will be rotated to help other teams from time to time including chicken powder processing team, filling team, janitorial team, mixing and cooking team, packaging team & sanitation team.
- Carry out special duties assigned by Production Supervisors, Production Manager and/or lead.
- Follow all company safety policy/procedure/GMPs/SSOP/HACCP.
- Assist the line lead or supervisor to set up any equipment related to production day.
- Assist the Production Supervisors or line lead in any other activities when called upon.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read & write simple English preferred.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and overtime.
