Equipment Associate (Construction Equipment Rental)Join Our Team
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Equipment Associate to join our growing construction equipment rental team in Crystal Lake, IL. This is a hands-on position preparing trench safety and shoring equipment for rental, maintaining our equipment yard, and ensuring our customers receive clean, safe, job-ready equipment.

What You'll Do
- Inspect rental equipment as it is returned from jobsites
- Clean and pressure wash trench boxes, hydraulic shoring, road plates, and related equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Load and unload customer and delivery trucks using forklifts and lifting equipment
- Prepare equipment for outgoing rentals
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient equipment yard
- Assist drivers and warehouse personnel as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
- Construction, equipment rental, landscaping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

- Overtime available when needed
