Lee Hill Early Learning Center is seeking both a caring, energetic, and dedicated Preschool & Infant Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for preschool-aged children or infants.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning space in accordance with licensing regulations.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding their child’s growth and classroom experiences.
Qualifications
- Must meet New Hampshire licensing requirements for an Associate Teacher.
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for working with children.
