Journeyman HVAC Installer (Relocation Opportunity – Sheridan, WY | $30–$45/hr DOE Bonus)

We’re a 3rd-generation HVAC-R company based in Sheridan, Wyoming looking for a Journeyman Installer with 5 years of experience. We run a tight crew, steady work year-round, and we don’t play flat rate games.
If you can install a system start to finish without babysitting, we want to talk.
Responsibilities
- Full residential and light commercial HVAC system installs
- Equipment changeouts, ductwork, startups, and troubleshooting installs
- Working independently or leading a small crew
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Communicating clearly with dispatch and customers
Experience
- Minimum 5 years HVAC install experience
- Able to install complete systems independently
- Strong understanding of duct design, airflow, and equipment setup
- EPA Certification preferred
- Clean driving record
- Shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the job
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
