Summary"The primary role of the Guest Service Coordinator is to support the Guest Services Department and Guest Services Management for Lee Memorial Health Systems. This position coordinates guest services across multiple departments and service lines in the Emergency Department, Acute and Post-Acute care hospitals. Consults with staff, physicians and leadership on innovative approaches to providing an excellent patient experience and advocating patient rights. Interacts with patients and customers to facilitate and resolve any concerns/complaints related to services rendered which includes daily rounding. Office duties include; filing, record keeping, data entry and all documentation in accordance with the guest services policies and procedures. Promotes a ""guest first"" culture through role modeling outstanding customer service skills and attitude"
