We are privately owned dental office, seeking a talented enthusiastic Dental Front Office/Receptionist to join us in a great deal of fun.
Experience - Not mandatory, we will train!
- Customer service (Recommended)
- Dental terminology
- Dentrix
Key Tasks:
- Assist Office Manager and other team members when needed
- Explaining insurance benefits to patients and going over treatment plans
- Entering data using dental practice management software
- Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirm appointments with patient via phone or email
- Inform patients of payment options if applicable
Office Hours/ Schedule - 36/40 Hours a week
Monday: 9am-5pm
Tuesday: 9am-7pm
Wednesday: 9am-5pm
Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 8am-3pm
