What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist position at Lee Family Dental?
LEE FAMILY DENTAL, a team-oriented, family-owned, fast-paced, fun, growing, established dental practice seeks an experienced receptionist to join our team to help us provide excellent dental care to our patients. Our office is a state of the art facility utilizing the latest technology and equipment.
Essential Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to and address the needs of our patients
- Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Accurately verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Coordinate patient insurance benefits with recommended dental treatment
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations and available options, ultimately helping them complete the treatment they desire
- Adherence to HIPPA standards at all times
- Schedule patient appointments
- Other duties assigned as needed to provide excellent patient care
Requirements/Qualifications:
- TEAM PLAYER
- 2 years of experience REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- EagleSoft dental software experience a plus
