Seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This role will contribute to the development of insights and reports that supports business decisions for field operations and billing teams and is critical in supporting the collection, analysis, distribution, and communication of accurate data reports, trackers, and dashboards
Essential Job Functions
- Data Collection and Preparation: gathering data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and usability from operations and billing.
- Running end of month Financial WIP reports for Accounting & Payroll
- Leverage data to support planning and analysis: building models, analyzing trends and generating reports
- Data Analysis: conduct basic statistical analyses and data visualization techniques.
- Assist in maintaining financial, performance, material and equipment reports, dashboards, and trackers
- Support automation of data workflows and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Operations to identify data trends and insights.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Education: High School Education required and Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a data support or analyst role, preferably in utilities or a similar industry.

· Experience with field operations, engineering or billing systems in the electric industry.
· SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
