North Trail RV is looking for a Tag and Title Administrative Assistant to support the finance and sales function. The Tag and Title Administrative Assistant is instrumental in ensuring that operational procedures run smoothly at the dealership. The Tag and Title Administrative Assistant should be organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and reviews all documents for accuracy on closing packages of sold units
- Submits closing paperwork to lenders for funding in a timely manner
- Maintains accurate records and files of all financial documents and customer information
- Enters and scans all relevant financial data into dealership systems
- Manages inventory of new and used RV units into the system and keeps records for bank audits
- Handles the registration and titling of all sold RV units, coordinates with DMV to ensure all paperwork is properly submitted
- Assists in the auditing process of dealership vehicle titles
- Communicates with customers, lenders, and government agencies and acts as a liaison between the finance, sales, and service departments to ensure a smooth buying process for the customer
- Performs general office duties such as answering phones, filing and managing supplies.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong organization skills: the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and deal files simultaneously
- Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy is required when reviewing and processing complex financial and legal documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical proficiency: familiarity with dealership management software and general office programs is a plus.

- Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
