We are looking to fill the full-time position of Accounting Assistant in the North Trail RV accounting department. As an Accounting Assistant you will work collaboratively with and report to the North Trail RV Controller. The Accounting Assistant will assist in month end closing and preparation of financial statements utilizing Infinity (DMS).
Responsibilities:
- Month end support
- GL Posting
- Banking
- Floorplan and schedule reconciliation
- Manufacturer warranty posting
- Accounts payable support
- Lien payoff
Qualifications:
- 5 years dealership experience preferred
- Experience with dealer-based accounting software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self motivated
- This is an in-office position
