- Team Leadership & Daily Operations
- Communicate annual goals, expectations, and vision to staff; develop action plans to support success
- Supervise, evaluate, and provide corrective action when needed
- Mentor supervisors and Deputy Clerks, fostering professional growth and skill development
- Monitor performance using statistical reports and established metrics
- Process Improvement & Change Management
- Regularly evaluate business functions to ensure optimal performance and service
- Maintain a strong understanding of policies, business applications, and tools
- Support implementation of new or updated processes, systems, and tools
- Leadership & Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Model leadership competencies and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
- Demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to service excellence

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of progressively responsible work experience in a management position required OR
- A combination of six (6) years of education, training, and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role, including at least two years of progressively responsible work experience in a management position.
- Experience in the public sector is preferred.
