Position Function and Duties
About the Role
Are you detail-driven, organized, and ready to make a difference behind the scenes of the judicial system? As a Court Intake Clerk, you’ll be at the heart of the Courts Department ensuring that every new case starts off on the right foot.

What You'll Do
- Scan paper documents and upload them into the Case Management System
- Process electronic filings received via the ePortal
- Create and manage new case files
- Meet performance metrics for work queues
- Issue certified legal documents to outside agencies
- Respond promptly to inquiries from colleagues, agencies, and customers
- Maintain accurate records and update case files accordingly
- Assist with special assignments as needed
Qualifications
Education & Professional Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least one year of clerical experience or equivalent education/training
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Accurate typing and document filing skills
