What You'll Do:
- Keep our buildings in peak condition with top-notch preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Inspect and maintain building exteriors to ensure everything looks and functions perfectly
- Document your work meticulously and keep accurate records
- Conduct routine inspections and nip potential problems in the bud
- Collaborate with a fantastic team and subcontractors on projects
- Willingness to learn and try hard
- Trade skills like a commercial handyman
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Solid knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Ability to read manuals and find technical info online
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
